- Berry Bread BreakfastOne of my favorite things to have for breakfast is a “Berry Bread” style toast! I toast my favorite bread and spread peanut butter on it, then top it off with strawberries and bananas! Yummy, healthy, and easy to make🥰🥰
- Simple Smoked Salmon Slice🍣This one’s for the salmon lovers! This meal option is so easy to make and is perfect for brunch or a quick filling snack🙌 It’s a great source of high protein, low carbs, and good fats and tastes so good🤩🍣 This meal is quick, easy, and healthy! 🍞toast your grain base (toast, bagel, ect) 🥯spread some cream cheese on bread 🍣lay smoked salmon layers on toast 🍋finish with lemon juice, onion bits, & capers for flavor
- Stairmaster Newbie😅💪Today I did a quick cardio based workout so I tried the Stairmaster for the first time and it was GREAT! It’s an awesome leg + cardio workout!👏👏 Before this, I jogged on the treadmill for 1.65 miles🏃♀️
